IGV introduces the latest innovation
The organic biodegradable hydraulic fluid overcomes any installation obstacle caused by constraints due to pollution risk and may easily replace the traditional hydraulic fluid.
Today is available a fluid based on synthetic saturated esters, zinc-free and derived from renewable raw materials, with additives especially selected in order to obtain a fully and rapidly biodegradable product, non-toxic and with higher performance than the traditional mineral fluids or other commercial biodegradable fluids.
Organic oil life is three-four times longer than the traditional mineral oil.
It does not produce, even in the case of high operating temperatures or long-term use, neither sediments nor resins. Extremely stable at high temperatures, it is ideal also for use at very low temperatures thanks to its extremely low pour point (-50° C).

This organic hydraulic fluid has been awarded the prestigious European label Eco-Label
and the American USDA Bio Preferred label.
SuperDomus, the lift with reduced pit and headroom which complies with EN81-21 European standard (installation of new systems in existing buildings).
IGV Group, in order to meet the growing demand for this type of lifts, has designed the MRL traction version (Machine Room Less) of SuperDomus by using a gearless machine.
The main features are: reduced footprint, quietness, ride quality, lower energy consumptions and speed up to 1.0 m/s.
SuperDomus is the IGV Group solution for both modernisation projects and new installations in existing buildings.

The DomusLift range grows thanks to the chances offered by the new European Directive 2006/42/CE (Machinery Directive). DomusLift XL is now available in the version with sliding automatic 2- or 4-panel doors, featuring a reduced footprint.

DomusLift with 55 mm pit
We know that sometimes it is not allowed the chance to create the pit needed to properly install a platform.
For that reason, IGV is pleased to introduce you the first 55mm-pit platform on the market. Thanks to this solution, you can replace the floor pit with a reduced dimension ramp: masonry works are thus simplified and the installation process is quicker.
With this special solution the headroom is 2,520 mm only.
