MRL lifts with reduced pit and headroom
Key features
- The system is extremely compact and robust. Designed in order to optimise car dimensions based on available areas and for a load up to 1000 kg, in compliance with reduced pit and/or headroom features.
- The hydraulic power unit and control panel components are very close to each other. Therefore assembling and maintenance operations are simplified.
- Roping 2:1.
Models up to 630 kg
- The hydraulic power unit, the control panel and the power supply and lighting switches are set inside a cabinet with reduced dimensions, 950 mm (W) x 400 mm (D) x 1850 mm (H), rather than in a dedicated room.
- The cabinet can be dismantled, therefore transportation and installation are simpler.
Models up to 1000 kg - The hydraulic power unit, the control panel and the power supply and lighting switches are set inside a cabinet with reduced dimensions, 950 mm (W) x 550 mm (D) x 2000 mm (H), rather than in a dedicated room.
Safety
Movable stops under the car and the special electric control in the headroom guarantee the safety clearances for the maintenance operator. The passenger rescue operation is carried out from outside the shaft, by means of the control in the cabinet containing the power unit and control panel.
